Committed to transparency and timely communication, we work closely with the media to provide accurate information during emergencies and day-to-day operations.
During large-scale emergencies involving multiple agencies—such as natural disasters, school incidents, or public safety crises—the Public Information Officer may coordinate press briefings and manages the Joint Information Center (JIC) to ensure consistent and timely updates to the public.
