Salary
CRESA has structured pay plans based on job classification.
- 911 Emergency Communications Call Takers & Dispatchers – Please refer to the Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Clark County Dispatcher's Guild for specific pay information regarding current wages, step increases, shift differential, overtime and longevity pay.
- 911 Emergency Dispatch Supervisors – Please refer to the Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Clark County 911 Dispatch Supervisor Guild for specific pay information regarding current wages, step increases, shift differential, overtime and longevity pay.
- Technical & Administrative Staff – Please refer to the Non Represented Pay Plan, for current wages and step increases. It is CRESA's practice to hire people within Step 1 - Step 5 based on experience.
- Leadership – Consist of non-represented exempt positions that provide management oversight to include the titles of Lead, Manager, Deputy Director and Director. It is CRESA's practice to hire people within Step 1 - Step 5 based on experience.
