Congratulations, Rachael Young

Please join us in celebrating Rachael Young, CRESA’s Finance Division Manager, for graduating from Leadership Clark County (LCC).

Over the past nine months, Rachael has participated in LCC’s intensive leadership development program, which brings together emerging and established leaders from across Clark County. The program provides in-depth exposure to key community issues, interactive learning with leaders from public, private, and nonprofit sectors, and a strong emphasis on collaboration and service.

As part of the program, Rachael worked alongside her peers and community partner Cascadia Tech to support the launch of their new public-facing alterations shop. The team designed a comprehensive and reusable marketing plan to support the shop’s opening, including sample assets, market research, lead generation tools, and a list of both cold and warm leads to help build early community engagement.

Rachael’s dedication to this project and to the program as a whole reflects her ongoing commitment to professional growth and community leadership. We are proud of her accomplishments and grateful for the leadership she brings to CRESA and Clark County.
